Pre-College Initiative (PCI)

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Therrell High School students who are participating in the FIRST Robotics Competition. The dates for this event are March 16-18, however the major event days are that Friday and Saturday.

The event is in the Gwinnett Civic Center (just of Sugarloaf Parkway on 85N) and will be ongoing from 9am-3pm on both days. There is general stadium seating near the playing field where the matches are held. The back area is called "the pit" and this the location where the students and engineers will continue to work on their robot in order to prepare it for the competition. We will probably be volunteering in the back pit area and splitting our time between there and with the team when they are having a match.

The competition's web site can be found here: http://www.peachtreeregional.org/index.php?p=home
