Collegiate Initiative Mentorship Program

"Making successful moves to ensure overall significance"

Purpose
* The mission for this initiative is to provide a program that supports metro Atlanta National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) student chapters in accordance to the NSBE mission in regards to professional and personal development that will provide a strong foundation for an enhanced quality of life beyond college graduation.

* This supports the National Society of Black Engineers-Alumni Extension's (NSBE-AE) purpose by increasing technical awareness amongst students and encouraging scholastic achievement through mentor guidance of student protégés.

* A great by product of this program could also be the promotion of the NSBE-AE to student members so that they will want to become members of the NSBE-AE after graduation.
